玻利瓦爾面部復原
委內瑞拉科學家7月16日將180多年前去世的南美革命領袖玻利瓦爾的遺骸從棺木中取出,以研究玻利瓦爾的死因。3個星期來,多學科研究人員對玻利瓦爾遺骸骨骼架構等展開研究。
人類學家馬利奧 薩諾哈說:“透過研究長骨和頭蓋骨,可能可以確認覆蓋在上面的軟組織形態。” 專家們表示,利用高科技手段,可以作出一張100%正確的玻利瓦爾面部復原圖。
歷史學家說,現存玻利瓦爾的畫像大部分是當時的畫家根據想像繪製的,因為玻利瓦爾本人僅讓一位名為何塞 姬兒 德卡斯楚的秘魯畫家畫過像,而且只為他當過一次模特。如果能復原玻利瓦爾真實相貌,將對人們進一步認識這位拉丁美洲獨立運動革命家有所幫助。
